Experience

Bill Foland has more than 30 years experience in engineering and executive roles with major technology companies. He holds a BSEE and MSCS from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science. In addition to Natural Language Processing and Neural Networks, he has architected and developed advanced algorithm-intensive systems in areas such as Error Correction Codes and Optical Recording.
